Space for Fans respects copyright and expects the same of its users. This policy describes the procedure for reporting copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable EU and German copyright legislation.
Reporting infringement
If you believe that material published on this site infringes your copyright, send us a notice that contains:
- Your full name, email address and postal address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The URL and a description of the material on our site that the notice refers to.
- A statement of good faith that the use was not authorized by the rights holder.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or an authorized agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send
Submit notices via our contact form with the subject "DMCA" or by email to [email protected]. After verification, we will remove or restrict access to the contested content within 14 days.
Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at your place of residence.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to permanently restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
