Privacy Policy

1. Data controller
The controller of personal data on the Space for Fans website is the editorial team, contactable at [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, email and message you provide.
- Server logs — IP address, user agent, request URL (kept short-term for security and abuse prevention).
- Analytics — aggregate usage data via Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool that uses no cookies and no tracking identifiers and does not profile you across sites. Only visit, country, device type and referral source are recorded.
- Browser local storage — used solely to remember your preferences (light/dark theme, language, age confirmation). This data never leaves your browser.
3. Cookies
We use no cookies for analytics or marketing. Our analytics tool (Umami) runs on our own infrastructure and works without cookies — which is why this site shows no cookie consent banner. We only use your browser's local storage to remember your chosen theme, language and age confirmation; you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
4. Your GDPR rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
5. Data retention
Contact-form messages are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask for earlier deletion. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form on our own server — it is not shared with third parties and is not used for profiling.
6. Third parties
We use trusted processors (hosting, analytics, email delivery) bound by data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
